Monarch operates from Town Quay within Newport Harbour on the Isle of Wight. There are 3 car parks within the immediate vicinity of the steamer and passengers can enjoy food and drink at The Riverside Centre, The Quay Arts Centre or the Bargemans Rest-all of which are in view of the river and just a few minutes walk from the quayside.

Town Quay is directly opposite the Quay Arts Centre terrace and passengers are embarked by the large black propeller.

By bus:
Alight at Newport Bus Station, head for Tourist Information and walk down Quay Street (passing Calverts Hotel) to the side of it. Town Quay is at the bottom of this road.

By Taxi:
Ask for the Quay Arts Centre.
